This legend is one of five great legends that may still exist. One of the five we know does exist, and has caused great evil in recent times. Yes you are correct about the greatest evil we know of. Palladia-Mors. A wise old legendary dragon with great command over the colors red, green, and white magic. Palladia has massed an enormous army under her control. Capable of producing vast amounts of creatures in the blink of an eye its a force to be known. Palladia doesn't just stop there.With help from white and green magic, she can boost the over all power of her army to make things even more of a problem for her foes. Collective Blessing, Overrun, and Craterhoof Behemoth all can super pump her army. Just when you think you can just destroy them all think again. Avacyn, Angel of Hope keeps everything in her control from being destroyed. On the flip side of the coin, Novablast Wurm will enable her to destroy all other creatures but itself. This is just some of what we know from her many years in the multiverse.
