Burning Wildfires

As you can see, a burn mage enjoys using punishing amounts of fire to deal a kill blow. This mage though has a special selection of creatures in his tomb that will let him create larger flames for you to deal with. The Vexing Devil can be a handful if left alone on the battle field, but if you chose to destroy it, you will only take a minor 4 damage right off the bat no matter what. That isn't the only creature to worry about tough planeswalker. The Guttersnipe will make each one of his spells do an extra 2 points of damage right to your face. Just when you thought that was enough, and maybe you could just overrun him with a creature army, you might want to think again. Young Pyromancer lets him make his own army slowly with each spell that gets slung your way. A truly brutal combination of fire and creature mass can be assembled very quickly, but here is the weakness to a burn mage. They have to be careful not to use up all of their resources. Typically they will fling spells out so fast that they lose track of what has been used and are left looking for more. Browbeat is this mage's only hope to keep the flames going, but you can always just pay a small amount of life to keep it from giving him more spells.

Extinguishing the Raging Fire

Each mage has their own power and deserve's their share of respect. Keep that in mind young walker, do not just assume that you can take down any foe. Some might just surprise you with a trick or two up their sleeve. Will you be able to face this new mage in battle? What magic will you use? Blue magic may be the best way to take down a red mage, if you can extinguish the flames as fast as they appear. The choice is yours to make young walker. Will you choose wisely?
